feedback from happy clients

Ruth has been my career coach for a period of six months and I have found her input invaluable. Her knowledge and expertise is unquestionable – but beyond this – her bespoke and personable approach make each session as enjoyable as they are useful. I would recommend her wholeheartedly.” – Liz Molyneux, Executive TV Producer

“In the year or so that Ruth and I have worked together she has been a bedrock of focussed support and constructive challenge. She has helped me think through the challenges and opportunities involved in two international moves and three different country locations. Her practical tips on CVs, LinkedIn profiles and networking were spot on and helped me to get the job I wanted in London Her down-to-earth manner and her belief in her clients are great. Highly recommended.” – Morag Burnett, Head of Strategy for well known global charity.

“I went to see Ruth for help with my interview technique. Her advice and insight were invaluable. I attended an interview two days later and was offered the job. Ruth is brilliant at what she does, gets results, and I highly recommend her methods to anyone seeking career change and coaching.” – Alex Negad, Headship Development Officer

“Ruth was extremely professional and coached me when I was ready for my next career move. She scoped out potential new roles, based on my experience and strengths, step changed my CV and ran a practice interview before the first real one, the result? I was offered the role!” – Maria Murphy, Marketing Controller

“Ruth has been my executive and career coach for a couple of years and her professional guidance has been invaluable as I transitioned from permanent to contract work. Ruth is an excellent communicator and great fun to work with. She made sure I recognised my progress as I implemented my action plan over several months: In fact, I was often amazed with the immediate benefits I saw from trying her suggestions right away.” – Amanda Padbury, Senior Project Manager

“I just thought I’d give you an update on my job search. I have been offered me a six-month contract, with the possibility of a permanent position. As much as my introvert heart quakes at the idea of “networking”, in reality, it wasn’t all that bad – everyone was very nice and supportive. Thank you for helping me to look at more creative ways of finding a job.” – Pheobe Scheel

“Hi Ruth, I thought I’d drop you a quick note of thanks – Went for an interview last week, wearing my new favourite colour…jade
Offered the role the same day (and they commented on the jade shirt)” – Tony Kenny, Logistics, Supply Chain and Procurement Executive

  6. Hands down my favourite session so far. I found Ruth to be a really effective speaker and some of the things she touched on were thought provoking to say the least. I don’t really like reflective thinking on myself and personal stuff but it gave me something to think about and I took a lot away from today’s session. Very helpful. She also gave me some tips to try and figure out the cause behind certain things which was really nice. Hawah – Preston.

  7. I just thought I’d give you an update on my job search. When we met last, I had made an appointment with xxxx of xxxx. He put me in touch with someone he knew who did internal auditing for universities. I met with her and she also forwarded my CV on to her director. He invited me in earlier this week and offered me a six-month contract, with the possibility of a permanent position. While I realise that I probably had unusually good luck, I guess it still does prove how much more effective that type of strategy is. And as much as my introvert heart quakes at the idea of “networking”, in reality, it wasn’t all that bad – everyone was very nice and supportive.

So I wanted to thank you for putting me in touch with xxx and for helping me to look at more creative ways of finding a job.
